Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated, entry-level Appointment Setter to join their fully remote sales team. Day to day, you will spend most of your time on the phone and in messaging platforms, following up on warm leads, working from call scripts, and keeping the CRM updated after every conversation. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided lead lists
• Qualify leads by asking discovery questions about needs and timeline
• Schedule qualified appointments for account executives and closers
• Follow standardized scripts while personalizing conversations to the prospect
• Log all call activity and outcomes accurately in the CRM
• Follow up with warm leads via phone email and text to secure appointments
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call volume and appointment-setting targets
• Handle objections professionally and escalate complex questions appropriately
• Coordinate with the sales team to confirm and reschedule appointments as needed
• Maintain a positive, professional tone on every customer interaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience required training provided
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Clear, friendly phone voice and strong verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM and dialer software
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive under pressure
• Availability to work full-time remote hours as scheduled
