Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• High school diploma with 11+ years of relevant experience, an associates degree with 9+ years, or a bachelors degree with 7+ years.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including interpreting complex datasets.
• Direct experience with Tableau, including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Experience supporting customers and translating their requirements into data-driven reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including explaining complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
• Preferred: Experience with Power BI data visualization and dashboard development.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics.
• Preferred: Experience supporting IT service management, business operations analytics, financial or billing analysis, staffing analytics, or strategic performance monitoring.
• Preferred: Familiarity with ITIL or ITSM processes, particularly within the ServiceNow platform.
• Preferred: Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions for staffing, financial, billing, operational, and performance metrics.
• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Must be able to remain stationary for at least 75% of the time and regularly operate a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods.
• Must occasionally move around the office to access equipment or communicate with coworkers.

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain dashboards for staffing, financial and billing analysis, and performance metrics, including KPIs.
• Design and implement data models, metrics, and reporting solutions to measure business performance and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend approaches that support data-driven decision-making.
• Document data sources, metrics, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Provide ad hoc analysis, reporting, and insights to address customer and business needs.
• Ensure dashboards and reports deliver accurate, timely, and actionable information to management and stakeholders.

We are seeking a motivated, career-oriented, customer-focused Business Intelligence Analyst to join our MANTECH team in Herndon, Virginia. In this role, you will help inform business decisions and drive growth through data analysis, reporting, and visualization. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday during core hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
