Our client, a full-service marketing and advertising agency in Dania Beach, is seeking a Creative Director, Copy to join their creative team. This is a senior creative leadership role for a conceptual thinker and copywriter who can effortlessly craft across formats including social, scripts, brand acts, long-form, short-form, and whatever the brief demands. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly, brings top-tier client relationship skills, and has a proven track record leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels. • Salary: $140-170k
• Location: Dania Beach, FL – 1-2 days/week onsite

Responsibilities:

• Concept and collaborate on integrated campaign ideas across a diverse array of projects, working simultaneously across multiple clients and workstreams.
• Translate client vision into a clear creative roadmap that guides the agency toward work that is original, measurable, and impactful.
• Craft original concepts and execute copy across a wide range of formats and channels, establishing and maintaining brand voice and tone throughout.
• Collaborate with writers on copy execution, providing creative direction and elevating the work at every stage.
• Partner closely with Creative Directors and the Strategy team to shape creative responses from brief through final delivery.
• Work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams across the agency to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Anticipate client and team needs, identify project risks early, and actively participate in driving resolution.
• Inspire clients and colleagues through strong creative work, clear communication, and a positive, collaborative approach.
• Direct and mentor junior creative team members, helping them develop their craft and grow within the agency.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience leading and executing large-scale integrated campaigns across multiple channels and deliverable types.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating successfully launched client work across a range of formats and industries.
• Deep understanding of the creative development process, from drafting briefs through final execution.
• Proven ability to concept independently and in collaboration with a creative team, pitching ideas with confidence and clarity.
• Experience directing and mentoring junior creatives in a fast-paced, high-volume agency environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
• Genuine curiosity about culture, consumers, technology, media, and how people engage with brands.
• Experience working with telecom clients is a plus.
