Salary: $156,000 - 166,400 per year Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in data migration or data conversion roles
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and relational database management systems (RDBMS)
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database tools
• Proven experience leading data conversion activities for enterprise systems
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

• Lead and manage the data conversion strategy, approach, and execution
• Analyze source and target data models and define data mapping and transformation rules
• Coordinate data extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
• Work with business teams to understand data requirements and usage
• Oversee the development and execution of data conversion scripts and tools
• Validate converted data through reconciliation, balancing, and exception analysis
• Identify, track, and proactively resolve data issues and risks
• Support mock conversions, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live cutover activities
• Ensure compliance with data governance, audit, and regulatory standards
• Provide project leadership with status updates, metrics, and documentation

We offer a Data Conversion Lead role supporting large-scale system implementations and transformations. The role focuses on migrating legacy-system data into target systems while maintaining data integrity, quality, and compliance, in coordination with business stakeholders, application teams, architects, and vendors. Success means completing conversions accurately and on schedule, minimizing post-go-live defects, fostering strong collaboration across business and technical teams, and building stakeholder confidence in data quality. The pay range is $75–$80 per hour.
