Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 yearly, Paid Bi-weekly Lead with purpose at Watermark Retirement Communities. • Active Oregon RN or LPN license
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred but not required)
• 2+ years experience in a Nurse Director role preferred
• Very strong business acumen is a must!
• 3 plus years in a corporate clinical position
• Delegating Nurse
• Proven Leader and Team Builder
• Exceptional knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Excellent management skills
• Highly organized
• Great communication skills
• Strong computer skills - Word, Excel and online systems
