Hudson’s Restaurant & Catering is looking for hardworking, dependable, and energetic people to join our kitchen team as Dishwashers.
This is an important position in our restaurant. A great dish team keeps the kitchen moving, keeps the cooks cooking, and helps make a busy service successful.
At Hudson’s, you’re not “just the dishwasher.” You’re part of the kitchen team.

We're looking for people who:
Previous restaurant, dishwashing, utility, or kitchen experience is a plus, but it is absolutely not required.
This is an active position that requires standing for extended periods and the ability to bend, crouch, lift, carry, and safely work around commercial kitchen equipment and cleaning products.

For more than 20 years , we've been serving Northeast Ohio through our restaurant, catering operation, private events, and creative seasonal experiences, including Nightmare Before Blitzen’s, Blitzen’s, and O’Blitzen’s.

Hudson's Restaurant and Catering is a family owned and operated restaurant. The owners are brothers, JJ and Kevin Altomare graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and have been creating memorable dishes and experiences together for the past 20 years in Northeast Ohio. We currently offer lunch and dinner 6 days per week, as well as brunch on Saturdays. We also have created pop up bars for Halloween, Christmas, St. Patrick's and Celebrating America ! Nightmare Before Blitzen's, Blitzen's, O'Blitzen's and MERICA Bar. We love creating and sharing special menus, drinks and experiences with our guests!
