Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator - Plainfield

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Plainfield. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are accurately picked, prepared, and staged for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Thursday 6:00AM to 4:30PM

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

• Ability to operate a Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Clamp Truck, Reach Truck, Order/ Cherry Picker
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Desirable Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Basic computer or warehouse management system experience
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions

Role for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

• Read orders and work instructions to determine products needed
• Pick, prepare, and stage products for shipment
• Verify product quantities and types for accuracy
• Sort and store products in racks, shelves, or bins
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
