You could find a career in solar rewarding...
-If you’ve noticed more and more solar panels on top of homes and businesses...-If you’re fascinated by the concept of harnessing the everlasting energy of the sun...-If you want to support energy independence and self-sufficiency,
Make no mistake. This is hard work, at heights, however cold or hot it may be. This is labor. Fascinating labor, but it is labor.
So if you’re just enamored with all things green but not interested in hard work, this won’t be the right job for you. But at the end of the day, we’ve helped someone else become more self-sufficient.
We value that .
You can find out a lot more about what we value at sandboxsolar.com.
That doesn't mean we don't hire leaders, but we're looking for people who want to build a career and grow into leadership. If you don’t have specific experience in solar or a related construction field but want to get in on a growing industry, now is the time. If you have a solid, reliable work history, and you've had experience working physically demanding jobs, or working at heights, even better!
Also, if you’ve taken classes in solar or received a solar certification, we’d want to talk!
Our starting pay is $20-$21 per hour.
Pay may increase with full competence and proficiency.
Applicants will be accepted for this position on an ongoing basis.
As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully pass a background check.
