Job description/Responsibilities:

• The Technical Lead serves as the primary technical authority for the UiPath implementation team, responsible for driving solution quality, design consistency, development standards, and technical delivery execution.
• The Technical Lead partners with stakeholders, architects, business teams, and delivery leadership to ensure automation solutions are designed and implemented using leading practices.
• Working within an Agile, Product-Oriented Delivery model, the Technical Lead coordinates delivery activities across development resources and technical counterparts, ensuring technical work is prioritized, reviewed, and delivered with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and business value.
• The Technical Lead works closely with the Delivery Lead and Business Analyst to ensure technical execution aligns with delivery commitments, quality expectations, and program objectives.

• High-quality automation solutions with minimal defects and rework.
• Effective code review and technical governance processes.
• Increased delivery predictability through strong technical planning and oversight.
