We are currently seeking a Z4_Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile Events: Manage team ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning sessions.
• Remove Impediments: Clear obstacles and manage cross-team dependencies across the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Coach the Team: Mentor team members on Lean-Agile principles, self-management, and built-in quality.
• Coordinate Across Trains: Represent the team at Scrum of Scrums and collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve value delivery.
Qualifications
• Experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled agile environment.
• Knowledge of SAFe principles, Kanban, and Scrum.
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification preferred.
